Do you offer early check-ins or late check-outs?

Accepted Answer

Check-in is 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 11 am on the day of departure.

(Early check in and late check out can be arranged if available for an additional fee.)Early check-in is: $40Subject to cleaning schedule and no earlier than 1pm if we have a guest checking out that morning. Late check-out is: $25Subject to our cleaning schedule and no later than 12pm if we have a guest arriving that afternoon.

Do you allow pets? Is there a fee?

We are a pet-friendly resort! We even have a dedicated pet relief area and provide relief bags to clean up after our furry guests. To maintain our rentals between guests we do charge a $45 non-refundable pet fee to cover our costs for additonal cleaning and wear and tear.No more than 2 well behaved dogs per hideaway as our units are compact. We allow only dogs on the property due to allergy reasons so sorry no cats or other emotional support animals are allowed.

What is your cancellation Policy?

Where do we get all our check-in information?

We will be in contact with you moments after you book however full check-in details are sent 24 hours before your arrival due to the amount of guests we host we try to keep privacy for all our guests.

Can I rent the whole property out?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We host larger groups like reunions or multi-family travel often. You can read more about that on our Entire Property Page.

Question 6

Do you have an EV Charger?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately we do not have an EV charger. We are considering one for the future but have yet to make it make sense for us with permiting and infrastructure. Hopefulyl we can offer this in the future!
